chore: add reports for recent audits

This PR adds the audit reports for two recent audits:

• 2022-07-graph-arbitrum-bridge-audit.pdf is the main report for an audit carried out by OpenZeppelin in July 2022. This audit covered four PRs. Since this report includes findings for the four PRs, there are four supplemental files summarizing the findings that are relevant to each:
  • 2022-07-pr552-summary.pdf for Arbitrum bridge + rewards distribution #552
  • 2022-07-pr568-summary.pdf for feat: make GNS signal transferable #568
  • 2022-07-pr569-summary.pdf for Rewards: fix calculation by using a snapshot of token supply at the time that signal was last updated #569
  • 2022-07-pr571-summary.pdf for Arbitrum devnet with rewards distribution #571
• 2022-09-graph-drip-keeper-reward-audit.pdf is the report for an audit carried out in August/September 2022. This audit covered PR feat: keeper reward for reservoir drip through token issuance #582

After the July audit, we merged #571 into the branch for #552 (since some fixes affected both branches), but we have later produced a branch that for the most part has only the bridge contracts at the state that was originally audited with the fixes applied, and this is #699 - the PR 552 report is therefore relevant to that PR as well.

In addition, the Reservoir changes were then rebased on top of this new PR, and this is PR #701 - the PR 571 and PR 582 reports are therefore relevant to this PR as well.
