• The meeting with the customer will be reviewed.

• Requirements and scenarios will be discussed based on the customer's responses.

• The discussion on removing issue labels from the discussion page will be addressed.

Discussion

The main topic of this meeting is to decide if we will fulfill the optional features or not. We addressed each question one by one and decided on this conclusion:

• Meal tags will represent individual meals (i.e., single meals). Random products will be displayed to the user, and the user will select one. If the selection exceeds the allowed limit, a warning will be shown.
• The system will record nutritional values, specifically fat and protein.
• Finding recipes based on available ingredients is considered optional and may be implemented as an additional feature in the future.
• There are only two types of users: Dietitians (who upload a file during registration) and regular users. No other user types will be supported.
• The user’s personal page will display their meal plan, shared recipes, followers, etc.
• Attributes such as allergen, vegan, and gluten-free will be stored as boolean values. The system will generate a potential allergen warning when applicable.
• The snack option has been removed. The system will support only three meals per day.
• For the question number 26 in the elicitation questions; it should be entered every time.”
• A flag feature will be added to every page. These flags must also be incorporated into the admin’s requirements. Admin Interface Development
• The admin interface is not linked to a specific entity or user. It will serve as a dedicated screen for viewing flags and will include functionalities such as deletion.
• The nutrition and budget rating systems were briefly discussed. We decided that they are unnecessary.
• A question was raised about whether recipes can include a new product that does not already exist in the system. The assumption is that such new products are not allowed.
• It was suggested to consult the supervisor regarding whether labels should be removed.
