Discussion

• The project details were discussed among the group
• Celil and Ahmet, who worked on the draft of the project concept design and functional requirements, explained all details and the roadmap of the project.
• We all made some decisions about the Healthy Hub necessities, which will be placed in the requirements after the meeting with the TA.. For example a new two-star marking system was proposed for highlighting critical questions.
• We have all reviewed the prepared drafts for requirements
• We have looked at the non-functional requirements as well. However, at this time, we have decided that we cannot determine all the non-functional requirements to be satisfied at this time.
• By following the concept of the project and its requirements, we have discussed elicitation questions and made some edits.
• We have discussed when to plan a meeting with the TA about elicitation questions and requirements analysis. As a result, we decided to finish our tasks by Sunday and then revise the final version of the requirements and elicitation questions before meeting with the TA to ensure an effective meeting without any time waste.
• Ali took the edited elicitation questions and restructured them.
• With the updated requirements, the glossary section should be completed, which is assigned to Muhammed with contributions from the whole group.
