New release missing on Bioconda and PyPi #102

Hello,
like the title states, both Bioconda and PyPi provide snakedeploy 0.11.0.
This means one can only use Scaffold Snakemake Plugins functionality when building snakedeploy from source.
Can you create new Bioconda and PyPi releases?
