Github Copilot activation problem

Hi!

I had access to a Copilot trial, but it has expired. I would like to subscribe, but the payment page does not load due to a circular redirect issue. The same happens when I try to continue using the free version. I have tried on two different networks and two different computers, cleared cookies and all cached data, and tested on two different browsers.

Can somebody help me?

I'm experiencing the same issue, circular redirects when trying to access the Copilot subscription/payment page. I've also tried different browsers, devices, and networks with no success.
Is there any known workaround or update on this? It would be great to get this resolved soon.

If you'd like, I can suggest a few variations depending on the tone you want (polite, slightly more technical, more community-focused, etc.).

There seems to be a widespread problem with this, as seen in this open discussion #161867.

I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Hey @dattila23, there are issues with Copilot as indicated in GitHub Status.

I don't think it will take long to fix it and it should already be working for some.
