[Feat,Bug] Fix continuous-delivery merged in #3

Manual triggered Github Actions yml file has been tested.

Tag the latest commit on `master` then run this workflow will generate
artifact push it to releases branch.

Bugs

  • typo in manual-triggered-tag-based-release.yml causes it to publish artifact to branch release than releases, which leads to a creation of a unwanted new branch named release.

Fixes

  • typo's been fixed.

  • branch release deleted.
