Required to fix broken Swift Testing builds under Xcode 26 beta 3 and later. Compensates for the removal of a symlinked
libTestingMacros.dylibfrom$(TOOLCHAIN_DIR)/usr/lib/swift/host/plugins, which was reportedly an intentional change.This is my first time contributing to the toolchain configs so please let me know if I did anything wrong!
