AP-4.6.0: TradHeli internal errors 0X4000000 and 0X4000020

This issue is to capture the internal errors reported by @Ferruccio1984 during AP-4.6.0-beta3/4 testing (discussion here)

The logs show that we are getting a write through a NULL pointer while armed, happens on both 4.6.0-beta3 and beta4. Possibly related to having ESC telemetry from both serial ESC telem and BDShot

I've started a thread in the chibios discord channel and put a test firmware for @Ferruccio1984 to try there that may help isolate the issue
