No index records

My backups appear to be working, but if I try to restore I only get this error message: No index records for disk for specified date If date correct, notify system administrator, but I know the date is correct. If I check the appropriate index directory for the host I find files named things like this: 20250822135443_1.header and 20250822135443_1-unsorted.gz. I'm not sure what might be causing this, and I'm rapidly running out of strings to pull on. Here are the details of my installation if it matters:

• Rocky Linux 8.10
• Amanda server 3.5.1

Yes, that is my process, however when I attempt setdisk I get this error and I'm not able to see any of the backup files:

Use the sethost command to choose a host to recover
amrecover> sethost cucm
200 Dump host set to cucm.
amrecover> listdisk
200- List of disk for host cucm
201- /home
200 List of disk for host cucm
amrecover> setdisk /home
200 Disk set to /home.
500 "/" is an invalid directory
No index records for disk for specified date
If date correct, notify system administrator

Does it work in SELinux permissive mode? Do you have enough space in /var/lib/amanda?

I kind of solved this finally. I assume that my issue was my clients, which were running old OS's and as such couldn't upgrade their clients from 2.6.1, weren't actually giving me good backups. I downgraded my server to 2.6.2 and it's working now.
