📋 How to Report Memory Issues in Zen
To help us investigate memory-related issues effectively, please follow these steps carefully:
1. Gather Troubleshooting Information
- Open Zen and go to:
about:support - Click "Copy text to clipboard"
- Paste the copied text into the template
2. Capture Memory Report
- Open a new tab and go to:
about:memory - Click the "Measure and save…" button
- With the downloaded file, drag and drop it into the template
3. Submit Your Report
In your comment under this issue, include both reports using the template below:
