Change tab to a different workspace option is not visible #11778

- I have searched existing issues and avoided creating duplicates.
- I am not filing an enhancement request.
- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
Since last few updates (don't remember exactly when) the feature to move tabs between workspace along with a couple more have disappeared. I tried updating the browser manually and even with a fresh exe installer over the current install but the issue is still present.
I have 3-4 spaces created, and I've also tried creating/deleting spaces. This is not visible in any space, old or new.
Expected behavior
I should be able to move tabs between workspaces
Actual behavior
I'm not seeing the option to move the tab between spaces
Steps to reproduce
- Right click on any tab in any space.
- Option to move to a different space is not present among others.
