Office KMS in smart activate NOT WORKING

When uncheck all but select kms office in smart not change vl and not showing message saying anything not working

But when i use kms page is working!!! Any fixes?

Not working even if Defender is off and run as admin

Even on clean windows shows nothing

,net and v++are installed
I tried all
