spike: Profiler POC tool

Overview

This requires further research into how we build a POC profile tool.

This hasn't been defined as anything in particular but we should consider a frontend package, cli tool or possibly a browser extension when doing research for this task. We also need to determine whether building a framework agnostic tool is the correct approach or should we hook and build framework specific profile tools.

We also need to define what should be delivered as POC.
A few ideas I had for this is:

• Docs (Links to HWP Toolkit docs for this and best practices)
• Query Analyzer
• Query logger
• Performance monitor (time it took for a response and render template)
• Cache Analyzer
• Template Analyzer

Outcomes for this task

The goal of this research task is:

1. Research and explore different approaches to building a profile tool
2. Determine what form that profile tool should be built in and should it be framework agnostic
3. Define what initial features should in the profiler tool as a POC

I think a cli output for which WP template file was matched and what page was rendered from it would be super valuable for debugging in the template analyzer.
