First customer-facing hire at Pythagora (YC W24). Owned everything user facing: support, marketing, social media, documentation + READMEs, youtube demos, influencer campaigns, built full-stack demo applications, wrote blog posts, etc.

Before that, I spent 7 years at Streak (YC S11) doing technical support and internal tooling. I mentored teammates, ran 1:1s, led interviews and onboarding, and built automation workflows using SQL, BigQuery, APIs, and Zapier. I worked closely with product and engineering to shape roadmap decisions based on user feedback.

I thrive in early-stage environments working directly with founders, and I love getting hands-on with code.

• Job Scout - Automated job search platform using TypeScript, Node.js, Browserbase Stagehand SDK with GPT-4o-mini for AI-powered web scraping of multiple job boards, automatically creating leads in Streak CRM with configurable CLI interface and intelligent field mapping.

• Campfire – An open-source framework for self-hosted CI/CD preview environments. It lets teams comment directly on deploy previews and streamlines cross-functional feedback. Built with a team of four engineers. I also wrote the technical case study.

• Ragtime – A minimalist internal RAG chatbot built with JavaScript, Chroma, and OpenAI. Designed to help engineers query technical documentation using natural language.

• Kernel AI Job Application Agent – AI-powered job application agent that automates the entire job application process. Built using Kernel, Playwright, OpenAI, TypeScript, and Node.

• Fair Source Blog Post – Ghostwrote this launch post for Pythagora CEO to announce Pythagora's new licensing model and its implications for open-source sustainability.

• Campfire Case Study – Wrote the technical case study for an open-source deploy preview tool I co-built with three engineers.
