In its current version, Vue Router doesn't add a trailing slash unless the route is defined with it. This is very likely to be your hosting service or an nginx rule or similar |

Thanks, this turned out to be related to the folder structure and the server. Running npm run generate automatically generates folders with index.html files. Setting autoSubfolderIndex: false and payloadExtraction: false instead generates flat .html files. I still needed to create the appropriate .htaccess file so Apache could handle the routing correctly, but once that was in place, everything works as expected. |
