What this PR does / why we need it
Background:
github.com/alexflint/go-filemutexpackage instead ofgithub.colasdn.workers.dev/juju/fslock.Unlockfunction between the two libraries behaves differently. The main difference is thego-filemutex.Unlockdoes not close the file whereas thefslock.Unlockdoes close the file, automatically releasing any acquired lock.go-filemutex.Lockgo-filemutex.Unlockfslock.Lockgo-filemutexto lock the file using newer version of tanzu-plugin-runtime and plugins usefslockto lock the file using an older version of tanzu-plugin-runtimeFix:
go-filemutex.Unlockusego-filemutex.Closeto unlock the file and close the file descriptor. Doing this will make the newer version of library usinggo-filemutexcompatible with older version of library which usesfslockWhich issue(s) this PR fixes
