CodeBlocks adds more customization options #272
Description
Problem Statement
Currently, the customizability of CodeBlock components is not very strong.
For example, the download button cannot be disabled while remian copy button, and the button's floating title does not take i18n into account(for non-English user). It would be even better if the button appearance could be customized.
Proposed Solution
Add an option to allow users to disable the download or copy buttons individually, and custom button appearance.
