So far this does nothing more than add the differentiated headers to a file named outdated-es-pages-based-on-header.txt. Integration with the issue tracker will have to come later. With a quick look at the pages listed here, it seems to be working

I'll merge this for now and see how the action reacts to it. I probably won't implement the issue tracker integration. I'll leave that to @sebastiaanspeck

Do you need help to update the issues?

And I would opt to add these changes as well to the script in tldr-repo. This ensures we mitigate the issue before merging the PR or we see the issue if we touch a file.

No, I just don't want to deal with it right now

That I can do since it should be just a copy-paste job.

I might have some time to update the issues as well. I can then also handle the upstream change for tldr itself.
