[1.8.0] `git feature foo` doesn't check out branch if it already exists

For the sake of completeness:

git feature foo doesn't check out branch foo if branch foo already exists – at least not as advertised in README (as of version 1.8.0)

Will try to send pull request if time allows / Please close if wrong or inappropriate without fix. Thanks.
