Why is it worth to add this package?

Adding this tool would be a great way to add modifications to Wii and GC games without having a computer. This makes it easier to install various things like Flipside Mod Manager

error: call to undeclared function 'fopencookie'

I recently attempted to set up a polyfill of fopencookie() for Android and saved it here:

• [experiment] port to Android 7 rd235/libvolatilestream#1

so that might be helpful to initially compile it, however, unfortunately I don't know yet if my fopencookie() implementation is fully working/usable without bugs or not, so it will need to be tested in a large software, like this one.

It has also been reported that the current version has a problem with ARM support in at least MacOS:

• v3.04a universal binaries not working under silicon Macos Wiimm/wiimms-iso-tools#18

however, MacOS ARM is different from other OS ARM and I don't know yet if those problems will be reproducible on Android until I create a build.

I can try compiling this soon, or if you want to help you could try copying and pasting my fopencookie.c and fopenccokie.h into it and compiling it on your device too, to see what happens next after that.
