Please release the master branch

In the master-branch are code updates, which are important for me (url decoding).
Would it be possible to release a new version, to be able to include your version of odata4j in my project?

when I run mvn -DautoVersionSubmodules=true clean package release:prepare I see some java-docs errors, if you can submit a PR to fix those, then I will cut a release.
