☂️ Integration testing with Enterprise products [15sp]

The purpose of this topic is to provide developers with a tool for testing Tarantool CE with enterprise products that are based on it and then with parts of the Tarantool ecosystem.

This tool should be:

• Easy and intuitive to use.
• Fast and reliable.
• Native to GitHub.

The first iteration was made at #296. Now there's space for improvement.
