[Mobile] Backup now doesn't work with the default directory on Android

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. install Status app on you mobile device
2. go to Settings >> On-device backup
3. click on Backup now

Expected behavior

Backup is created/updated successfully

Actual behavior

Backup fails. Once the user changes the default directory to some of the accessible directory on their phone, Backup is created/updated successfully.

As per our discussion:

Since the user can't access on-device backup files in the sandbox folder on Android, we need to make the following changes to the on-device feature to prompt the user to define a folder to save their backups and decide on whether they want to enable message backups once they visit the Messenger for the first time:

Note that it is only for Android, the rest platforms should not get these changes.

1. change the copy of the "Enable on-device message backup?" pop-up to
   1.1. new title, "Enable on-device backup?"

1.2. add image from here here, and place it between the title and the body

1.3. Body

On-device backups are:

• Automatic — created every 30 minutes
• Secure — encrypted with your profile’s private key
• Private — stored only on your device

To enable backups, choose a folder to store your backup files under the Backup location setting.

You can also optionally back up your 1-on-1, group, and community messages by turning on the Backup your messages toggle under the Backup data setting.

Skip  Go to settings [link: Settings >> On-device backup]

2. The Backup location section on the On-device backup setting page:
   2.1. change the sub-title to, "Choose a folder to store your backup files in."
   2.2. the folder/directory input field should be empty by default
