Channel name is missing in permission description when editing / adding a channel

Description

1. create community
2. create a channel there
3. right click channel - edit
4. add permission to the channel which wont require any tokens (token toggle is off) and permission is View only
5. check the preview of the permission at the bottom of the modal

@benjthayer something we can possibly fix? low priority for sure but would be nice to have a UX input as expected result
