[Task] Treesitter implementation

Ability to recognise and strip out libraries, packages and modules, needs to be both pre-and-post processing (leveraging backticks)

What lang do we support?

We have the code extraction on both input and output and the ability to add comments on output. Instead of tree-sitter where we would have to maintain the parser ourselves, I'm going to start by checking if we could use an LLM for that (thanks for the suggestion @ptelang )
