Different format for comments output (now only streamed json) #625

caused by #624
During the 2019-04-09-TFM#lookout-sdk-comments-output it was proposed that the output of the posted comments could be configured to be:
- streamed json (already done by Use current json.Poster in sdk, which uses stdout #624)
- array of json (all comments grouped in a json array)
- human readable (as human readable logs)
