Return a javax.jms.TextMessage as response of a java.jms.TextMessage [SWS-256]

When receiving a request in a javax.jms.TextMessage the response should also be a javax.jms.Textmessage.
Dependent on BUG #411

Only soap specifies the use of a ByteMessage, what about POX.
And not all providers follow this non final standard. Why should you not support non compliant Soap stacks?
