[structure view] unify labels for request mappings

Request mapping modes in the structure view come from two different sources at the moment:

- the main request mapping (stereotype-based) nodes
- the symbol-based child nodes of controller classes

We should make sure that both labels for those nodes look identical (whereas at the moment, they differ slightly)
