doc theme 支持自定义

来自 anima 的需求，需定制 build 出来的文档样式。

实现方式：

1. spm config doc.theme path/to/nico.js
2. 处理 doc 时优先取 config 里的 doc.theme

1. lib/doc.js -> getThemePath()
