Support for Splunk 7.2.

I see this isn't currently marked as available on Splunk 7.2 (seems like only 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 are marked here: https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2888/).

I'm wondering what would be required to get it there? I'm happy to help, submit PRs etc if that's what's needed.

Running with my PR version on Splunk 7.2.6 without issue.
The base version is not including all options I've added, but it should work.

Here's the issue for 7.1.2 on a single enterprise version: http://mysplunkweb.com/en-US/manager/splunk-add-on-jira-alerts/apps/local/splunk-add-on-jira-alerts/setup?action=edit returns an error 500; this is the page you go to after clicking "set up" in the manage apps section.

Which version of the code did you install in your Splunk instance ? The core one or one from the PRs ?
Could you please share more details ?
Debug output of your browser. Version of the instance, apps, python, OS, ... ).
I will try to replicate the issue, but I'm mostly working on Linux.
