Should the classifier for Python 3.5 be added as well?

Neat, didn't know Sphinx got its own classifier 👍

Yea, if you see other missing classifiers, might as well throw them in. Thank you!

I added a couple other Sphinx related Classifiers.

I also added Python 3.5 and 3.6.

I think that's everything applicable.

Also changed development status to beta,
because as the sole user I test in prod.
Pin the version to 0.7.20 for stability.
