This PR expands the implementation for the
SELECTED_REAL_KINDintrinsic.The old Python implementation accepted exactly two operands. With this fix, the intrinsic can accept up to two named arguments
porr. The radix argument is not implemented given that DaCe does not support floating-point numbers that are not base 2.
