Summary
Reanimated and Worklets stopped building after #8299 due to how Yarn internally hoisted the dependencies, resulting in multiple versions of @Docusaurus subpackages landing in the docs and breaking the build.
I'm explicitly setting troublesome dependencies and bumping them as a bonus.
Test plan
yarn buildin docs works now.
