  • replaced xml.bind dependency with SimpleDateFormat
    • this caused silent failures on JRE versions where xml.bind has been removed from the default classpath
  • added support to detect and automaticaly load fsCachedData
    • newer version of CFURL place HTTP responses in a subdirectory and replace the actual content in the database with the file name (UUID), these are transparently swapped back during the import process
