Description:

  • The functional tests github workflow use to support uploading updated expected test results so we could generate new results use github actions. Looks like this feature doesn't work anymore with recent fuctional test refactors. Fixing this issue so we can have a github action to update the functional test results for istio and others.
  • Related to fixing istio tests in Prepare release v0.126.0 #1851
