So, the steps I am planning to follow are bellow : -

get the HP Micro rndis example to work on 2350 with cherryusb stack and run a simple web server.
then we need at least another cdc-acm endpoint for mgmt. interface
then to bridge the Wi-Fi call back with the send raw eth function from the cherry usb stack
then call the Wi-Fi send raw eth function from the cherry usb stack eth callback

Is there no way to implement RNDIS (baremetal style) without using pico-SDK or the tinyUSB library? CDC-ACM is always enabled in the Arduino IDE, so I can't compile a .uf2 without finding a serial communication port in my Device Manager. Any suggestions?

You can compile this micropython branch and write something like my W.I.P wifi2usb thingie (I haven't figured out how to actually bridge the wifi interface with the USB one.)
