This updates the example app to use CocoaPods to integrate all libraries, which demonstrates the library to work with CocoaPods and the latest version of React Native.
Unfortunately even with everything updated, the "App Events" and "Multiple sizes" banner don't work in the example app. But these also don't work in Google's examples, so I guess that's an issue with the inventory behind the ad unit ID's.
