Unfortunately, I am currently not working on this and no work is planned in the near future... I stopped working on this pr is mostly because the feature in this pr relys on a tricky patch on nginx source which slightly changes the original work flow, and I prefer a clean nginx source code (unless the patch is accepted by nginx).
