Improve architecture detection on rust-lang homepage install button

I'm running on a x32 bit computer, and the blue install button on the homepage of rust-lang.org gives the x64 bit download. might want to fix, if its not supposed to do that.

When you say "a x32 bit computer", did you mean so-called "32 bit Windows," or "Linux x32 ABI" with 32 bit pointers and increased number of registers? They are very different architectures. Please clarifty what platform you use.

In general, it's difficult to tell what kind of system you use only from the information given by your browser, though there's certainly a room for improvement with the current auto-detection logic. Currently the detection logic does not take 32 bit Windows into consideration:
