(Configurable) Inlay hints for visualizing compiler inserted reborrows

Not sure if its viable(or currently doable for us) to implement reborrow logic, but still something nice to keep in mind, as this is magic inserted by the compiler that may confuse people(where as inlay hints could help as a learning tool here)
