Consider updating CI to be more like rust-bitcoin

• Run fuzzer daily: Run fuzzer daily rust-bitcoin#2634 ?
• Re-write tesh.sh to do as we do in run_task.sh?

Probably yeah. Though we should wait for the rust-bitcoin CI to settle out a little bit first.

For what it's worth, I use these files locally, so they are exercised.

But yes, if you have the time and inclination, please rewrite CI here!

To the extent possible, can you try to factor things out of rust-bitcoin into https://github.com/rust-bitcoin/rust-bitcoin-maintainer-tools/ rather than copy/pasting the scripts around? I think that would get us to a more sustainable situation regarding CI script maintenance.
