New repository for WolfiOS (same logic/handling as Alpine APK repositories)

These packages are used for building Chainguard Images.

The repository metadata can be found here, depending on the architecture:

• https://packages.wolfi.dev/os/x86_64/APKINDEX.tar.gz

As the metadata can be used by the apk package manager, this should be handled the same way as with Alpine package repositories.

Thanks for the fast reaction. Is there something missing in my request or is this a problem with Wolfi and its repositories?

This is a problem with Wolfi repository. We require repositories to provide upstream (homepage or download) urls, and for wolfi it's only set for a handful of packages:

% cat APKINDEX|grep -o '^[CU]:' | sort | uniq -c
209866 C:
 122 U:

Also, judging by amount of packages, APKINDEX is probably unusable as it accumulates outdated packages.

We could (in fact, should) use yaml sources from https://github.com/wolfi-dev/os instead, and these contain download urls, but these use interpolation which is a show stopper.

Well this can be fixed if someone publishes preprocessed wolfi recipes with interpolation expanded, or a specialized dump for repology with all required information.
