[Feature Request - Profile Manager]: `gitignore` file creation from file available in QGIS profile

Context

As described in !726, .gitignore file should be used to avoid track of some QGIS profile files.

We should be able to define gitignore file content by selecting available files in QGIS profile.

Description

Add browser of QGIS profile folder for .gitignore file creation

In QDT profile export we must add a browser that display all files available in QGIS profile.

In the browser, user can check folder and files that must be added to .gitignore.

If a .gitignore is already available (in QGIS profile or QDT profile export folder), content must be parsed and folder and files must be checked in the browser.

During QDT profile export, a gitignore file must be created with checked folder and files in browser.
