Update tested OpenSSL branches in `Tools/ssl/multissltests.py` and CI

Proposal:

OpenSSL 3.3 has been out long enough to be up to v3.3.2 already; we should start testing with it, though it will probably never be included in binary releases.

OpenSSL 1.1.1 has been out of support for quite a while as well; it should be moved to the "old" set or removed, and probably isn't worth testing in CI anymore.

Has this already been discussed elsewhere?
