What is wrong with the python tests :
pyth_admin(outdated tool). Changing anything about the program administrative tasks requires deep diving in the C code.Tom gave me the motivation to fix this. In this first PR I delete some (unsued) python files and I cleanup the deps to use poetry. Next, I want to imitate the pyth-agent tests. Initially these tests will use pythd.
