.inv* CSS classes were meant to be the exact opposite of their
counterpart. So with
Rule(".body_foreground", color=("#000000", "#AAAAAA")[dark_bg])
then class .inv_foreground should have been #AAAAAA rather
than #FFFFFF from the beginning.
