Prohibit opening the skin editor during gameplay

Bug description

You shouldn't open the skin editor midway through the game (even in multiplayer games), as in most cases (without Autoplay or Nofail), this will directly lead to game fail.
But in some reason this can be happen using hotkeys.

I personally find this feature quite useful, and I use this shortcut a lot while customizing my skins (starting a game with NF on of course) to check elements that are missing in the skin editor’s gameplay view (such as full leaderboard display instead of only having Autoplay alone, the SpectatorList, and possibly others I might be overlooking).

I don’t think it should be removed, and I can’t imagine a scenario where it could be unintentionally triggered during gameplay.
