Issue with the dialog labels

Hello Philippe,
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I have problems displaying dialogs.
The labels does not appears:
As a sample:

the result:

As you can see, there is no labels.

I will be very agree if you have some sample code with a Create Dialog and Update Dialog (setting the fields with data).
