minimized window move right into the "all workspace" workspace

Describe the bug
when i minimize a window it change workspace and goes into the "all workspace" workspace,
how can i tell?, i am using an extension called, 'workspace indicator by open apps', which show all applications across worskpaces and sort them by workspace, and also there is the 'all workspace' workspace, which show application from all workspace, and from there i been able to notice that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install and enable workspace by open apps extension
2. minimize or "hide" a window

Expected behavior
minimized window should stay on they workspace even when minimized, because not all minimized window are from scratch layer
