Changed getting AscendantAddress with directory ".." when git root not the same as build root

When doing ./pants goal --changed... in a pants project where the build root is not the same but under the git root, one of the source path listed is .., leading to pants getting upset at ../BUILD.

In our setup, we have the build root under monorepo/ of the git root. We are seeing this in pants 1.6

This can also be reproduced without such a folder structure, by creating an untracked file in the build root, cd into a sub folder, then run ../pants list --changed...

Running pants from a directory other than the buildroot has never really been supported, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were a bunch more issues with that.
